Bio

Loser's Way Home is a Memphis-based indie/folk/rock band that was formed in 2009 by Randall Downs and Matthew Cureton. The band released its first album, Can I Let You Just Go?, in November 2009. Loser's Way Home toured the album in the Memphis area, and immediately acquired an enthusiastic and growing fan base. The band released its second album, The Way Things Are, in August 2011 and sold more than 100 CD's at their CD release event. With a live TV morning show appearance and over 180 fans attending the event, the second album release was met with success.

Since the release of The Way Things Are, Loser's Way Home tour includes Nashville, Jackson (TN), Oxford (MS), Southaven (MS), Marion (AK), and Alabama. The band's first appearance in Nashville, headlining a show at the Hard Rock Cafe, brought in 150 people and resulted in great industry connections since that time.

Members are: bandleader Randall Downs (vocals/guitar); Blake Bostick on piano; Steven Bowman on violin/mandolin/keys/vocals; Rex Gorman on bass; and Ryan Veach on drums. Like the band's fan page on facebook.com/loserswayhome and follow them on twitter.com/loserswayhome.

Loser's Way Home will be releasing a 3 track EP in June 2012, before beginning the recording process of the next full length CD -- a concept album. The desire of the band is to tour the new material across the Southeast United States. There is much to look forward to!
