Barret Burlage

Background: Currently a resident of Charleston, SC, where he has family ties dating back to the early 1800's, grew up in the mountains of Vermont, Nantucket Island and Virginia. Throughout childhood he was fascinated by the social relationships from his diverse encounters. Filmmaking has allowed him to explore human interaction, as well as other film genres, including comedic irony, wildlife and travel. Along with a love of the Arts, Barret is a keen wildlife and travel enthusiast, with an emphasis on culture immersion. He has enjoyed extended stays in 15 countries including locations in Europe, Africa and the South Pacific. Barret is a graduate of the College of Charleston and Trident Tech.
