Goals: {satellite-state} formed in Guildford, Surrey in late 2005 and have continually attracted attention as well as receiving fantastic reviews ever since. Highlights include releasing their critically received debut EP (June 2008), making the final stages of the 3 First Cut Awards in 2007 (through to the final 16 from the 2000+ bands that entered), playing many exciting shows around the UK, including a memorable slot on Stage 2 at Surrey§s Guilfest in July 2008 (one of the best UK Festivals around). This, along with local and national radio airplay from Radio One DJ§s legends Steve Lamacq and Huw Stephens, together with an ever growing fanbase shows that the driving force {satellite-state} is getting bigger all the time and they are destined to fill stadiums in the not too distant future!
