Natasha Evans

Background: I'm a multi cultural woman of African American, Puerto Rican and Native American descent. I'm thirty two years old. I am also a professional singer and songwriter. My husband is my best friend and supports my singing career and inspires me in life. I currently perform with a fun upbeat pop group called The Popshow Band. The band plays disco, pop and motown. The Popshow Band enjoys performing in Toronto, Pennsylvania, Rochester and Buffalo, NY. I love singing. In 1999, I enjoyed singing in one of my first home churches The First Missionary Baptist Church of God and Christ. I currently sing for benefits, Christmas parties, weddings, art gallery's, festivals, concerts and in the past musicals and gospel musicals. I have been blessed and honored to share the stage with The Mambo Kings. I also opened up for Maxi Priest in Buffalo at the festival, Thursday in the Square with The Outer Circle Orchestra in August 2003. I' ve performed in New York City in Midtown at The Sugar Bar. I enjoyed Open Mic night entertaining Stephanie Mills and Ashford and Valerie Simpson at there club. Goals: To begin my own record label. I would love to keep performing for charity and concert events. Having a successful release of my debut album is my prayer. I aspire to create children's cartoons as well.
