Kyle Dunn

Background: I was born and raised in Salinas Ca, a small town near Monterey and Santa Cruz. Growing up in an area with so much diversity has opened my eyes and ears up to many different cultures and styles of music. I received my first guitar at the age of 12 as a christmas present from my Grandpa. As a self-taught musician, I've never taken any lessons and have grown to learn to play drums, keyboard, bass, melodica, and anything else I can get my hands on. After high school I took some recording arts classes at a junior college to learn how to record my own music. I now play and sing in the blues/rock/reggae band The Dependents, which has made it alot further than I ever imagined, opening for bands on tour and playing many popular local venues. Nowadays I spend my time working on a business degree, playing music with The Dependents, and writing and recording my own songs to pass the time.

Interests: Spreading the righhtous word, Playing music, Making people smile, Carrying on with homies, Dipping out from society, Reflecting on the past, Tripping on the future, Dodging stray bullets, and always being custom underground!

Goals: To let the people know there's more to life.
