John Carrington aka Tone is a artist/producer/writer from Esmont, Virginia. He first got into music when his cousin Bump Brown used to take him to the studio as a child. Tone would watch and soak up as much as he could everyday about the process of making music everyday he went to the studio. Then once he got into middle school he took up band class and joined the drumline and learned some of the fundamentals like learning how to play notes and organization. In Tone's 8th grade year he was introduced to FL Studio and from there he started selling beats to local acts around the city of Charlottesville which was not to far from his hometown, now Tone is trying to take his talents higher and introduce his sound to the industry and with his haunting melodies, heavy pounding 808s, and crisp drum percussion its noway He can be turned down.
