• Clients and any good manager require 100% communication and someone who will take the initiative and lead - a self-starter. Clients require that their support teams have 'super powers' and are capable of seeing around corners, abstract thinking, resourceful, managerial, solve problems and envision the entire process from creation - to show - to audience response - to ROI. They require me to be one or more steps ahead of them saving them valuable time and money. Most importantly, produce impressive events on time and on budget without embarrassing mistakes.
• It is my job to roll each and every detail over and over looking for blemishes and the ticking time bomb and solve problems. It's also my job to manage situations of great complexity providing assurances and accountability.
• Coming from an entertainment background gives me a unique mix of creativity and understanding of content creation. I believe in 'entertainment value' at every turn, aesthetics and that 'WOW factor' that provides attendees with a fun and memorable experience. Combined with a firm grasp of event technology (set design, A/V, lighting, multi-media), productions are flawlessly managed and executed combining all of the elements that create a successful event.
• I try to do this with humanity, fun, passion and unique creativity while developing an interface between the organization, its business partners and always with an eye on promoting the brand, mission and message.
• The medium is the message. And in order for the message to get through and into the minds and hearts of the attendee or viewer, it must be delivered in an engaging and entertaining way relevant to each person and their personal needs.
