Trend Setta Entertainment and Saskya Sky are happy to announce on May 1st 2013 they will release Saskya’s sophomore US single, titled "ONE SHOT". Saskya pronounced (Sa – Ski – Yah) Sky is a Haitian American Pop recording artist and songwriter based out of Miami, Florida. “This new Saskya Sky single will be the party anthem of the summer internationally" says her manager, Henri Brissett. "Marquis Lacy used his incredible musicianship and created the perfect blend of dance, uptempo, feel good sound, and mixed it along with Saskya’s signature powerhouse vocals to create the best indie pop song of 2013”! ONE SHOT was produced by Marquis Lacy and recorded at Trend Setta Music Group Studios in Pompano Beach, Florida. Engineered by Annette Brissett & the Mixing Engineer was Sean Wedderburn done T.A.C Recording Studio, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mastered by Tom Coyne at Sterling Sound NYC. Cover photography by Coree Henry-Brissett and photo editing done by Marlon Gangadeen. Saskya’s journey to music began in 2009 when she recorded her first song “Touch Me”, which was entered in BlackPlanet.com's “One Minute To Shine” contest. When the contest came to an end Saskya Sky was announced as the winner. Saskya was born in Thomassique, Haiti on March 4th 1990. She began singing at a local church around the age of eight. She studied the voice of Celine Dion, the charisma and style of Fredrick Francois, and the greatness of Michael Jackson. Saskya currently works, attends college and performs locally in South Florida.

I wanted to do a feel-good song that was fun and about partying.”
