Linda began singing in church and school choirs. About fifteen years ago she taught herself to play the guitar, followed by song writing. Her music can best be described as alternative or contemporary folk. She has jammed with many Kansas City musicains. She is currently a member of a Kansas City Musicians meetup group. She has three music videos on YouTube. She is available to play coffeehouse, festivals, parties, weddings, funerals, etc. She has attended the Winfield Music Festival three years. Linda is also an accomplished artist, working mainly in pastels and acrylics. She has shown and sold her work throughout the United States for over thirty years. Her work is best noted for her use of bright colors and deep contrast. She also does portraits of people and animals, and murals, etc.
