John “Jonni Dōl” Dolmo pronounced (jŏn'ē - dole)/ Johnny Dole, born John D. Grant Avila in Boston, MA on March 10, 1985, is a Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Musician, Songwriter, Performer, Entertainment Entrepreneur and CEO/Co-Founder of The Golden Gates ENT; who has been writing, performing and recording music for over 9 years. Blending the native musical cultures of his Latina (Honduran-Garifuna) mother and West Indian (Trinidadian) father into the American Hip-Hop style to create his own unique “stilo,” with which Jonni Dōl exemplifies the term versatile. His goal as an artist/company CEO is to open the “Golden Gates” to a new era of music for the masses that not only gives you something to “bump to”, but something one can truly listen to. His motto is "I've now realized in depth that with life comes many experiences, with experiences growth, and with growth, comes knowledge and wisdom,” and it’s that mindset that leads to greatness. Jonni Dōl has performed/collaborated with major artists such as Tony Touch, Cuban Link, Bang’em Smurf and Domination as well as several other musicians. He's had hits like “Afro-Latino” getting international airplay; performed in various night clubs throughout upstate NY & NYC, Chicago, as well as New England, and has had his music featured on several mix tapes. With all that said, Jonni Dol offers you his life experiences, his growth from boy to man and the knowledge to know that his path as a musician is destined for greatness via his lyricism, natural rhythmic flow and independent swagger.
