Chasing Fire\'s new album is almost complete! I\'m going to be starting an account for Chasing Fire very soon!! Thank you all so much for your support!Posted over a year ago
Background: I've been playing drums since 1990. My dad taught me the basics and from there I honed my craft by shedding wood to some of my favorite band's recordings. I also gained priceless experience and knowledge early on by playing live while sitting in for my Dad's country band, The Country Chapparals. After I graduated high school I played in several bands with styles including country, pop, rock, psychadelic, experimental, progressive, metal, R&B, hip hop and punk, but I also play many other styles of music beyond the few I've listed. I have several years of experience performing live and in the studio and I love entertaining people! In addition to my experience listed above, I can also read music, which is an invaluable tool when it comes to learning a piece of music quickly and accurately. I recently completed studies at the Atlanta Institute of Music in December 2010. My objective is to obtain a position drumming in a country or rock band performing regionally, nationally, or internationally for performance and/or recording. Equipment: Drums- Pearl Reference Series Cymbals- Zildjian Sticks- Vic Firth Heads- Evans Hardware- Pearl, DW
Interests: Drums, reading, hanging with friends and family, entertaining people, increasing knowledge and wisdom, having fun and drums....
Goals: A career in music definately tops the list of goals. I want a mix of studio and live performance. I want the music I make to draw people in. I want for people to be able to relate to my music and to feel it. I want them to have fun and walk away inspired!
