Contestants are to submit no more than one (1) audio, image, or video file. Voting will take place from Wednesday, December 7th, 2011 (12:00pm UTC) through Saturday, December 17th, 2011 (12:00pm UTC). Results are based on the average score in a 1-5 rating system.
