Background: I am a "self-taught" chef, as much as anyone truly can be. Been cooking in professional kitchens on and off since I was in high school. Have had a few other careers along the way, but food has always been my thing. I was born in Kerala India, then grew up in the great western state of Colorado. My food draws from numerous trips, countless friends and family who have inspired and sparked creativity over the years.

Interests: I've been writing quite a bit lately, and am hoping to have a fun and helpful series of food and cooking books out shortly. otherwise looking to expand my audience through tv and numerous scheduled public appearances around the world.

Goals: I love to cook, eat, share, teach and learn. other than cooking I ride and race road bikes, and am a huge fan of the Tour De France all the way to the tiny neighborhood races I grew up doing. Fly-fishing anyone ???
