$This was taken in the \'Picos de Europa\' National park in Spain, whilst hiking in one of the highest parts of the mountains. There were no people nearby and this chamois grazed contently, only pausing occasionally to watch my movements- I think this lack of fear was due to having very little contact with humans. I spent an unforgettable hour or so simply watching and photographing this beautiful animal, but always keeping a respectable distance away-it snorted at me on the two occasions I got too close! :) It was an amazing experience...$
