The Day Out

Had a very nice time at the Finance team day...played everythign except for softball...lol...ironically I was practicing how to swing the bat before leaving house..lol
...I did some laser clay shooting, aiming at a flying disk of clay and trying to shoot it in the process...we had real, heavy shot guns for this game OMG...And then I played as a substitute for one of the Volleyball teams. Hit the ball 3 times: once outside the court and twice in the net..Lol, but had great fun....
I was hoping to play softball in the second half after lunch but it started raining, so sat indoors and joined in a craft workshop, making fridge magnets with buttons, beads and wire, had to make them into flowers with wired petals and paste magnet behind them once finished.
Didn't play football ofcourse, all the guys seemed to have clustered in and around the fb field...or the pub quiz as I wouldn't have been able to answer anything......turns out not even the winning team could answer more than 5 questions correctly
