We are currently experiencing problems with the encoding of audio and video. This issue is directly related to the outage of Amazon's cloud servers this morning—the same outage that has caused issues all over the internet for sites like Reddit, FourSquare, and Hootsuite. Amazon has not yet said when they will have their service back up and running, but as soon as they do, we will let you know.

In the meantime, why not update your EPK? Write a blog post? Upload some images or write some text? Start a collaboration project? Take a much-needed nap, even!
