Let Lafango take care of that for you.

We've recently upgraded our servers to handle pretty much anything you can throw at it! From MP1 to MP4, AVI to XVID, upload ANY TYPE of audio and video file and chances are it'll be playable within minutes.

We've also greatly increased the speed of possessing as well. Videos and audio clips are playable and sharable within a minute or two.

I'll also add this list to the Help section for easy reference.
