Alexandra Nott

Background: Hi everyone! :)\n\nMy name is Alexandra Nott and i\'m 19 years old. I am currently in my second semester of my freshman year at the University of Akron.\n\nTh first time I sang on stage was at the age of 2, and since then I knew what I wanted to do.\n\nGrowing up, I sang in school talent shows, fairs, and I was in one Radio Disney competition. I finally realized that country music was the music that fit me the best when I was in the 7th grade. I\'m compassionate about music, and if it could be my boyfriend, it would be! :P\n\nI write my own music, sing it and play it also.\n\nI taught myself guitar about a year ago. I\'ve always thought it\'d be cool to learn but I thought it\'d be too hard. I purchased \"guitar for dummies\" a year before I even opened it. I found that it really helps me get through majority of my problems, and knowing i\'ll be okay, if I pick up my guitar and start writing what I feel.\n\nI\'ve been through a lot in my life, whether it was me never seeing my dad, or my mom\'s second divorce, how many times we had to move, plus getting hurt by boys. It\'s all taught me to be a stronger person today, and it\'s showed me that no matter what happens I can still stand on my own two feet and I can make it through.\n\nI really hope to expand my music career and become a country singer hopefully in the near near future!\n\n

Interests: I love singing, writing music and playing guitar.\n\nAlso in my spare time I like to ride horses, scrapbook and volunteer my time with the community.

Goals: A huge goal of mine is to become a country singer.\n\nI plan to move to Tennessee within the next 2-4 year, and hopefully have my music career! :)
