Background: Welcome to the Rooster Magic Lafango page. Rooster is a professional close-up, street and stage magician hailing from the seaside town of Brighton. Rooster started magic at the age of 4 and started performing at the age of 11. Since then he has joined the prestigious Sussex Magic Circle now claiming the rank of full member. Rooster also attends BIMM (Brighton Institute of Modern Music)where he studies drums and gets a chance to experience the music industry first hand. Although he has a busy lifesyle Rooster is in the process of filming his new DVD which is due to be released early next year. The dvd started production back in 2006 but there were some major set backs including distribution and production qaulity. The dvd is now in full HD and will also include extras from various shows and also gives a chance for other perfomers (jugglers, beat boxers, etc.) to show what they can do. Rooster is first off a close-up/street magician but he has also built up a reputation as one of the souths rising comedic stage magicians. His stage show has been taken to such prestgious venues as the Komedia in Brighton and the Camden Crawl in London, more dates to come soon. Rooster has been given the title of " the devils answer to David Blaine"(Juice fm)it is this persona that also allows Rooster to perform in clubs around the u.k entertaining thier guests and gaining free access backstage, some of these places include : Funky Bhudda, Hiest, Oceana, Sky Bar, Old Orleans, Suga Cube to name a few. He is also being called one of the souths first venue magicians bringing his class of off-beat card manipulation to various music venues around the U.K some of these venues include: Concorde 2, Pressure Point, Camden Crawl, Camden Barfly and the Thirsty Scholler(Birmingham).Aswell as this he can sometimes be seen backstage at events ( E4 Undderbelly,Peace Festival ect.)entertaining celebs and there guests, some of these celebs include:Foo Fighters, The Kooks, Kate Nash, The Wombats and many more).
