Background: [0PT-0UT] is a violent machine-rock band hailing from Norfolk, VA. Sensing a strong need for putting sheer brutality back into electronic music, Gabriel Perry and Matt McClure created [0PT-0UT]. The band has made it their goal to create the most sincere, vicious machine-rock available, holding modern music in pure contempt.\nHaving released their debut, self-titled EP in August, 2011, [0PT-0UT] is currently working on their first full length, due out 2012.
